Sometimes we get overwhelmed when we read sacred Scripture. Then it is best to focus on a small portion of it and let God speak to us through it.

That is what I propose for today. Focus on the one line that comes from the lips of the guards: “Never before has anyone spoken like this man.” They are referring to Jesus.

Do we believe that to be true? No one speaks to us like Jesus.
