A statement from Bishop Malesic on the death of Cleveland firefighter Johnny Tetrick

We join the entire community in mourning the loss of Cleveland Firefighter Johnny Tetrick, and offer our prayers and deepest condolences to his family, friends and fellow first responders. “Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.” (John 15:13) We thank and honor Firefighter Tetrick for his sacrifice, and offer our humble gratitude for the many like him, who serve us all.
